■ This mesh bag dehydrator is suitable for the dehydration of textiles, tows, knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, ready-made garments, skeins and other materials.

■ The inner and outer cages are made of high-quality stainless steel, featuring an attractive appearance, sturdiness and a long service life. ■ The straight cylindrical inner cage has no head and is equipped with a sturdy inner cover, which facilitates the transportation and loading of mesh bags with dehydrated materials. ■ Ultra-silence & perfect balance for an optimal working environment. The machine adopts a sliding support structure, with a specially designed motor located at its center. Therefore, no noise or vibration will be generated even during high-speed operation. ■ Advanced frequency conversion technology is adopted for stepless speed regulation and energy saving. The machine starts up slowly and accelerates automatically from 10 r.p.m. to high speed, keeping energy consumption at a low level. ■ Frequency conversion automatic braking is used instead of mechanical braking, thus greatly reducing the mechanical maintenance rate. ■ Safety devices: The inner cover is equipped with 4 mechanical locks and the outer cover with 3 mechanical locks, together with an unbalance protection switch, to ensure operational safety.

■ Optional accessory: Pneumatic cover opening for safer and more convenient operation.
