This vertical cylindrical split-type cage dehydrator is featured by uniform feeding, rapid discharging, stable operation, low vibration and high dehydration efficiency, making it a new-generation energy-saving and high-efficiency dehydration product. It is widely applied for the dehydration of textiles, lace, knitted fabrics, jeans, ready-made garments, cone yarn and other materials.
The vertical cylindrical inner cage has no head and is equipped with a sturdy dehydration hanger, facilitating quick and efficient unloading of materials after dehydration.
The machine adopts a sliding support structure, with a specially designed motor placed at its center. Therefore, no noise or vibration will be generated even during high-speed operation.
Advanced frequency conversion technology is adopted for stepless speed regulation and energy saving. Starting from a slow speed, the machine accelerates automatically from 10 r.p.m. to high speed, keeping energy consumption at the minimum level.
