Technical Features

■Suitable for dehydration of skeins, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, tows, ready-made garments and other materials in the textile industry.

■ The inner and outer cages are made of high-quality stainless steel, with an attractive appearance, sturdiness and a long service life.

■ The inner cage is equipped with a head, making manual feeding and discharging more comfortable and safe.

■ Ultra-silence & perfect balance for an optimal working environment.

The machine adopts a sliding support structure with a specially designed motor located at its center.

Therefore, no noise or vibration is generated even during high-speed operation.

■ Advanced frequency conversion technology is adopted for stepless speed regulation and energy saving.

The machine starts up slowly and accelerates automatically from 10 r.p.m. to high speed, keeping energy consumption at a low level.

■ Frequency conversion automatic braking is adopted instead of mechanical braking, thus greatly reducing the mechanical maintenance rate.

■ Optional accessory: Pneumatic cover opening for safer and more convenient operation.

■ Optional accessory:

A full stainless steel cloth feeding, discharging and dropping rack specially designed for dehydration of knitted and woven fabrics can be matched, enabling more convenient operation.
