CO- Series Variable Frequency Full Automatic Centrifugal Dehydrator

Technical Features

■ Suitable for the dehydration of skeins, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, tows, ready-made garments and other materials in the textile industry.

■ The inner and outer cages are made of high-quality stainless steel, featuring an attractive appearance, sturdiness and a long service life.

■ The inner cage is fitted with a head, making manual feeding and discharging more comfortable and safe.

■ Ultra-silent operation and perfect balance for a first-class working environment.

The machine adopts a sliding support structure, with a specially designed motor located at its center.

Therefore, no noise or vibration is generated even during high-speed operation.

■ Advanced frequency conversion technology is adopted for stepless speed regulation, achieving energy saving.

The machine starts up slowly and accelerates automatically from 10 r.p.m. to high speed, keeping energy consumption at a low level.

■ Frequency conversion automatic braking is used instead of mechanical braking, thus greatly reducing the mechanical maintenance rate.

■ Optional accessory: Pneumatic cover opening device for safer and more convenient operation.

■ Optional accessory:

A full stainless steel cloth feeding, discharging and dropping rack, specially designed for the dehydration of knitted and woven fabrics, is available as a matching part for more convenient operation.
